Class Management and Atmosphere

 I learned many things during my teaching practices and to be honest, I was afraid of teaching for my first time! Thanks God, I could trust myself and do my first practice with security and enthusiasm. The children whom I worked with were really active at the moment of every English class. Some of them were really noising, but not irritating. 

They were organized in groups of four or five and, they worked a lot and paid attention. They participated a lot during the class. I think they were good work groups.

I think we all have a different style of teaching, so I tried to be so clear at the moment of explaining my lessons to children, so that they could catch what they have to learn. In every lesson I tried to clarify every topic using charts, drawings, coloring worksheets and some games related to every topic. I also played and sang some songs with them which were really entertaining.

Thanks God, I could achieve many goals as an ELT practitioner, but there are some others that could help me to improve my teaching, for example:

To be a good teacher.

To be understood by all my students at the moment of teaching.

To respect for my pupils.

To answer doubts that students have, and

To create a good atmosphere between my pupils and I.

I plan to achieve my goals by practicing a lot, going to all my didactics classes, giving my best in each activity and asking God for wisdom to do all the activities well and I’m going to make a big effort when it is about doing something that help me being a better practitioner . I’m going to study harder to learn more and share all my knowledge to my students in the best way, and take the example of people that are good doing what I am doing.
