Class Management and Atmosphere

1. As you can see in those pictures, Children were working very well. The relationship between them is very good,except of two kids, they were always fighting, but I told them not to do it. The rapport between them and I it was very good. I didn't have any problem with one of them. The atmostphere was excellent. The classroom has the necessary things to teach them in a good environment. They have of course different abilities. Some of them are good at memorizing things, and some of them are good good at repeating things. They have a  different way to learn, that's why I needed to adapt different skills in order that, all of them could learn.

They like to work in group, in that way the feel more comfortable than  working individual. Because of that, I usually made them to work in group, but in some situations I made them to work individually.

2.I think I can adapt my own style in teaching depending on my students needs. I need to think about what is best for them, not for me, but how am I going to do that? I am going to do that depending on my students abilities,attitudes,rapport,classroom atmosphere, and so on. If I see that they are good in some things, I will try to adapt those things in order that they can learn. My children were very good at memorizing things, so it was a good  ability that they have. But I need them to develop the four essential skills which are: reading,writing,listening,and speaking. My point as a future teacher is that they can learn and develop the four skills not just one, that's why I was trying a lot of things to develop their skills. Because they are good at memorizing things, I made them  repeat after I said something. In that way they learned in a very quickly way. I had a good relationship with them that's why it was not complicated for me  implementing new activities. For me, is very important to have a good relationship with children, in that way children obey you  and at the same time they show you respect.

3. My goals as a future teacher is to become a good teacher not a bad one. That's why I will try to do the best things for my students. To make learning happen; I will look for some wesites which provide good information. I have a good website which is Real Life English. In that website you can find different things for example: podcast about idioms,slang expression, and how to use some expression and many other things. And also, you can watch some videos in that way you are going to improve your listening skills, and also, they bring you a free mini course in which you can learn a lot. I will try to be a teacher who is well informed not uninformed. I will try to understand my students needs it means, that I will try to be a enabler teacher who knows very well his or her subject matter, who knows about methodology, and knows how to deal with people. That's why I will adapt some things of that kind of teacher, because I don't want to be a copycut teacher. I want to have my own style ,and be  remembered as a good teacher.
